Ordered delivery online, got a text saying the pizza was on the way and then another text that said the pizza was delivered even though the pizza had never been delivered (through door dash) I was unable to get ahold of the dasher so I tried calling Pizza Hut multiple times and was put on hold for 10+ minutes every time only to be hung up on.Literally no one answered the phone over the course of an hour that I kept trying to call

went to this place at 10pm and ordered in person. sat down, waited, and watched four different doordashers come in looking for their orders. guy at the counter said a different version of “someone else picked it up already” each time. forty minutes go by and the same guy who took my order comes back, asks for the name on my order, and asks if it’s ok to make my pizza deep dish instead. they hadn’t made a single pizza in the entire time i was waiting there until i left with my order.

Meat lovers pizza barely had any meat to love on it. It would be nice to have meat on the meat lovers. Other than that, the service was good. I enjoyed the young lady who helped us and I could see us going back for more in the future. But yall need to put more meat on the meat

Ordered on the app. Said food will be ready in 10 minutes. I gave them 20 minutes. I get there and the counter lady tells me my order isn't on their screen. I showed her my online order/receipt and she yells at the back if they have my order. She says yes they haven't started on it yet while we are both looking at my phone saying the order is ready. Worst service pizza hut. Find another one.

This place has the worst customer service! I placed an online order . when get there to pickup the pizza they told me the cheken is out , i ask why don’t call to change the order they told me what you want now insted of sorry , i order chese pizza it takes 25 mint all together i spend 1hrs 10 mint to get my order !!. since the last 5 years i had bad customer service expriance there !!!! never come back agian !!

Horrible my order was over $60 and the only thing I could eat was the pizza and it wasn't even sliced properly. My wings were boneless and soggy they were supposed to be traditional my melt was under cooked and had a funny taste like the ingredients were spoiled the store was a mess no one was friendly it was a really bad experience that I paid over 60 for and was supposed to be ready in 15mins which tool over 45 mins that's not including the time I waited to go pick it up after I ordered it.

Been trying to call for 2 days to get a refund because they didn’t deliver half my order. They’ve either not answered or ‘transferred’ me to a line that never picks up. The worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever ordered from.
