Placidos Cocina is a local spot serving delicious food with a lot of flavor. The pepper steak guiso, beef nachos, and gorditas special are highly recommended. The fajita is tender and full of flavor, and the chilaquiles are amazing. The tortilla soup and chicken floutas are also a must-try. The staff is friendly, and the food is great for dining in or taking out. Although the seating area is limited, the excellent food makes up for it.
