Every airport needs this kitchen - while placing my SECOND order I was informed by staff of the freshness of all ingredients and overall high quality prep standards - please know it truly demonstrates so - best pickup food I’ve ever had at an airport‼️✅ The maple glazed salmon (phenomenal with the honey mustard — suggested to me by a staff member *ty!*) and the pecan crusted white cheddar Mac n cheese was DELICIOUS (& better than most of the food I had at highly rated restaurants in SDCali); I was happy DFW was my connecting airport on my way back to the Midwest just so I could have this food again. The customer service was great - not the biggest fan of the check out process but it helps that employees are available and helpful.
Stopped by this airport restaurant/marketplace for a quick brunch during a layover. In addition to grab-and-go items, they offered freshly prepared hot food. I ordered a combo with eggs, potatoes, and a biscuit, along with a side of yogurt and fresh fruit. The staff was genuinely friendly and thoughtful—he even made sure the yogurt was added as a side to the combo. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and surprisingly good for an airport meal.
Ouch. A burrito and a coffee cost just a tad over $16. While doing self checkout, the employee scanned a barcode saying the coffee needed her help to be rung up.
As you can see on the receipt, it appears that another item was scanned. Maybe it was an honest mistake? Sure hope so and not employees taking advantage of customers.
Mental note, pack some granola bars and save yourself a good bit by skipping this spot.
Tiffany and Randy are the best. If you're stranded this is the place to be. Great drinks and better company.
Excellent service, good prices, quality in your products.
Expected high airport prices for water and food. Bought a container of Mexican street corn $8.00 and a container of cooked marinated chicken breast $5.99. Surprisingly very tasty and both well seasoned. The street corn has a bit of a kick too.
Chris Lash kept us entertained during our 7 hour layover at Plum Market bar, made the time go fast! He made the most AMAZING Old Fashion, best I have had!
I travel through dfw twice a week for work every week . And have noticed a tall African American in pajamas same wrinkle dirty T shirt while other employees are in uniform . Why is the manager not being held accountable . I’m going to stop coming here but it’s ashamed because the food is good .
Be careful of the pastries. At 6.99 a piece, they had better be giving royalties to the Sahara desert. Their pastries are just bad.
The staff was so friendly and attentive. Tiffany and Dominique were so pleasant. I was greeted immediately and served shortly after. I loved that I just mentioned that I liked hot sauce, and they provided it immediately. The food was good and the price too. Thank you, Plum Market, for a good departure from DFW back home.

Service was amazing and the food was really good and quick. I’d stop here anytime!!
Just want to say that the man working here yesterday (behind the hot-food section) was SO friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. My family and I were a bit grumpy so I feel terrible that we didn't reciprocate. His kindness made my day!
The food was good enough, I bought a dinner for my family and me the only thing is the attention. I bought a sprite but was hot, when I tried to get a cup from the coffee dispenser 1 woman worker with black and red hair in a bad tone told me that I cannot to take it, I tried to explain but the actitud was really rude.
Randy was an awesome bartender, made sure everyone was looked after and made a wicked whiskey and ginger
Actually good airport food. Airport food is generally terrible and the food on the plane is worse. Plum Market is the first time I thought airport food was good enough that I would want it at home.
