Horrible customer service. I placed a mobile order around 2:30 PM and arrived around 3:00 PM to pick it up. The woman with braces working the drive-through on Sunday told me they did not have my order. I showed her my confirmation receipt, and she still refused to help, said there was “nothing she could do,” and argued instead of actually checking.
She told me to call customer service for a refund and made no effort to resolve the issue at the store. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.
I went inside to ask for a manager and waited about 10 minutes — no manager ever came out. While standing there, I saw my food sitting on the counter in a bag clearly labeled for online orders. It had been there the entire time.
When I asked another employee for her name, he clearly didn’t want to give it and eventually said it might be Jennifer, though he wasn’t sure. Regardless, it was the woman with braces working the drive-through around 3 PM.
This situation was completely avoidable. My order was ready, yet I was told it didn’t exist and was treated poorly.

The customer service is very bad. They never have chicken ready; there's always a 10 to 20-minute wait, and the employees constantly neglect the front area. The employees act like they're not even getting paid. Please, corporate, take action. Thank you.

An all around terrible experience. First my online order was messed up and took several times to get it right. I went against my gut to just get a refund and go somewhere else and instead waited for them to finally get my order right. After trying the food, I should've just gotten a refund because this is not the Pollo Regio quality I remember at all :(
