We had an amazing experience at Yujo. Tony went out of his way to make my birthday special from complimentary appetizers to desserts. The fish was so fresh and sushi rice was on point and better than any Japanese restaurant I’ve frequented in Dallas. They spent 4 hours just making their sushi rice. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
At the soft opening of Yujo last night, the newest addition to the Dallas omakase scene. I live in NYC and have tried almost every single omakase option from budget to Michelin in the city and can say with confidence that the offerings at Yujo are excellent for the budget to mid-range price point. All pieces were fresh and the flavor profile was just right. It’s a definite win for Dallas!
One of the best sushi places we have been to. There's a mix of traditional sushi and fusion. Every single bite was like heaven. There are fishes here we've never heard of. And dry aged fish? How often do you see that around? This place is perfection.
