WRONG!!!!! 1 SIMPLE THING I ASKED AND THEY MANAGED TO MESS IT UP AGAIN 😡 I SERIOUSLY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! won't be coming again. If I could give them a -5 I would!!!Took way too long for them to take our order then when they finally did, they again took way too long! Rude service!! Never going back again that's for sure

I had a great experience at Pollo Regio and would gladly give it a 5 star rating. The staff was exceptionally prompt, respectful and demonstrated excellent customer service throughout my visit. The restaurant itself was clean, well-maintained, and created a welcoming atmosphere. It is clear that attention to detail and customer satisfaction are priority here. I would highly recommend visiting this location. I will definitely be returning.

I didn't understand why if someone's order in the drive thru is taking too long, why you can't pull that vehicle to the side so that customers that already have their order ready can't get it. Meanwhile, I just ordered a single item and it's cold and soggy because it was just sitting there. Poor managerial skills.

Chicken used to be amazing, but now they decided to use carboard boxes to pack chicken, instead of the usual waxed paper and all the juices evaporates while in the heating oven and chicken feels very dry.

They also cut sauces sizes by half, you cannot even fit more than a few slices of onions on those tiny cups.

No more pico de gallo at the front, now you have to ask for it if you want some.

Caldo tastes good, but they use chicken breast, and that is a terrible piece to use on caldos, Also, charro beans are not the best.

Service still the best. Fast service and friendly employees.
Very clean and organized restaurants.

This restaurant is not what it used to be. The portions have gotten smaller and smaller while their prices keep getting higher. If you order a whole chicken, the chicken breast is always missing. And now they are even skimping on the sauces this place is a joke.

Terrible takeout experience at Pollo Regio. I waited over an hour for my order, and when I finally got it, it was completely wrong. The line was backed up the entire time, and the staff didn’t seem to care at all — no urgency, no communication, nothing.

The store wasn’t clean either. The counter area was messy, the floor looked neglected, and the whole place felt unorganized. The staff came off as lazy and unprofessional. Definitely won’t be returning, and I don’t recommend this location to anyone.

We were at the drive through for about almost ten minutes (with in the time they were open) saying hello so we decided to get off and all the girl employees were just slaking and the girl with the headset apologized that it was dead.. how are you not going to know when you are talking with another employee not paying attention at your JOB…
