Nothing about my experience yesterday was good with this place. I waited for 15 minutes for them to return when they were supposed to be open. Then the girl working there was completely rude and uninviting. On top of that they were apparently out of all macaroon ice cream sandwiches which is why I went there from Addison. Won't be going back!
The shop was supposed to be open but there was a be right back sign on the door but once the employee came back all she did was rip the sign off and walk away.. once we went inside we could immediately feel a bad attitude from her... She was short and uninviting ...we walked out and did not appreciate the rude customer service

I really don't like writing reviews like this, but I was really excited to try this place, but honestly, my experience with the staff member was disappointing. He didn’t seem welcoming—more like he was annoyed I was even there, greeting me with a “What do you want?” It was pretty clear he wasn’t familiar with their products either. When I asked if the vanilla de leche had caramel inside, I got a condescending “no,” which was off-putting.
Then, he charged me for a Bailey’s instead of the vanilla de leche. When I pointed out that I hadn’t ordered the Bailey’s, he bluntly responded, “They’re all the same price.” I even mentioned that they were listed at different prices on the website, but he just ignored me. I felt brushed off, and it honestly ruined the whole experience.
I ended up getting the mango and the vanilla de leche, and while both were delicious, it wasn’t enough to make up for being treated like that.

Let me start with saying I got greeted by the friendliest and most interesting employees ever. I believe Nate and artisle helped me. I can say they went over and beyond to help me. They made me feel like welcome and I will be sure be back soon!

We stopped in after having pizza across the street at Gramaldis. I had the pina colada, Hubby had the Key Lime and my Daughter had the vanilla bean. All were great!! Definitely recommend and will be back.

Awesome Popsicles! My favorite is key lime pie with drizzle of white chocolate and pistachios. And they have puppy pops too!

Went here at 6:30pm and doors were locked. “Open” sign was lit up and website says open until midnight. 12 people were waiting outside for a while and nothing. Didn’t answer the phone either.

Satisfies my sweet tooth, love it!
Love it
Tasty flavors and a huge selection of them. I got the Butter Pecan and had it dipped in dark chocolate with Reese's Pieces toppings. :) Next time, I'll try to dip it in white chocolate with their other tasty toppings. Maybe Oreos? :)
Very professional and friendly service!
Tasty and quality, love grabbing something as I walk the neighborhood
