Terrible service. The food quality was lack there of and ignored cashier's are complete idiots. Close this location down and start over.

If I got could give zero stars I WOULD . This place is soo rude , they don’t great guest , no communication letting people know how long their food gonna take . I just had several terrible experiences!

Went through drive through. Service was good. Chicken fingers, tenders, whatever they call them were like yesterday’s news. Not a fan of the food personally. Visited 5-7-25

Purchased food got home to a bacon sandwich no spicy chicken at all need in mind I never asked for bacon and fries cold and stale as ever food had to be sitting up over 3 hours which is a food critical also out of temperature another critical and I will be calling the corporate office this food isn't cheap and when you address the issue Noone speaks English or chooses not to

The lady with the gray hair is the rudest ever every time I go to this location when she’s the rudest ever and the wait time is always 20 mins or more and then she you get to the window you see the rudest gray haired Hispanic lady ever the lady is rude every time I have visited this Popeyes location constantly and never seen a change. I’m just concerned as to why Popeyes allow this type of customer service to continue

Awful experience. I asked for a frozen strawberry lemonade and got a chilled strawberry lemonade instead. I asked for a jalapeño, did not receive it. Service took way too long. I had 3 combos, 2 spicy 1 mild, boxes were not labeled which were which. I am very disappointed in this establishment and I will not be returning.

We ordered dinner on DoorDash, the 2 spicy chicken sandwiches were not spicy, they had regular chicken. We also ordered them both with bacon but neither had any. We also ordered a large red beans and rice which was not in the bag. Sucks that we spent $40 on dinner for 2 for them to mess up the sandwiches and forget to add one of our sides. I really love Popeyes but this isn’t the first time they have messed up our order, I guess I’m going to have to start going to Churches Chicken or Louisiana Chicken.
