They are the worst Popeyes ever I ordered my food yesterday at 9:17 and when I got there they didn’t have the open sign on knowing that they close at 10 just because it was Easter if not they close till 12 but I get there at 9:50 And this girl with like ugly wanna be blond tells me no we are out of everything y’all need to cancel it and slam the window on our face like girl you are telling me that in like 40 minutes you couldn’t do my food y’all are just lazy

This place always makes errors with my order. Also, Popeyes are very strict with their sauces. I ordered a 16-pc family size meal with two single meals, and they only gave me two sauces total... I asked for more, but they said no due to policy. So then I purchased more sauces for my next order (same amount as previous order), but they did not include any. Just baffled.

On Saturday, around 8:15 - 8:20 p.m., I ordered a 3-piece chicken meal, whichcame to over$12.00. When I asked for a receipt, I was told that the receipt machine was not working. I had no way to see the breakdown of the cost, nor was I given proof to show that I payed for the meal, had I been stopped by authorities. This made me uncomfortable.

Store employees were rude. My mashed potatoes had the smallest scoop ever and i asked if they could add a bit more and they said no that it was extra .60cents. I asked for a cup of ice an they tried charging $2 for the smallest cup they had. Why is the store so stingy? I didnt ask for free anything? Just a fair amount to what im paying for. Will not come back . Definitely not getting enough food for the money

Chicken was somewhat overcooked, they barely put any red beans and rice in the container & the staff was not friendly.Addition to previous review: The drive thru system wasn't working and no one bothered to put out a sign. When I finally drove to the window, the employee was rude, unconcerned, and more occupied with messages coming through on her Apple watch than assisting customers. She told me that I had to come in and I told her that I couldn't leave my large dog in the car nor was I appropriately dressed. She shrugged her shoulders which let me know that she didn't care. I've been to drive thrus before where they take your order at the window and ring it up at another register. Obviously the employees would rather inconvenience the customers than do some work. Totally unacceptable!!!

Super rude staff! I place an order online and when I got to the drive thru the girl with the headset her name was Marisol was so unprofessional. When I told her over the intercom I have and online order with an attitude she said for who? And then told me to go to the window. I noticed they over charged me and when I tried to talk to her over the window she literally ignored me. When my order was finally ready after over 15 minutes waiting I told her I was overcharged in Spanish she gave me the meanest look after I repeated myself in English she said that there was nothing they could do to help me. I got home with my order and noticed they put thighs instead of chicken breasts. Like seriously don't even know the difference between them two.Never going back to this location again

I was missing food yet again. I don't understand why this happened everytime I get take our from here. I went inside to get what was missing. Rude!! The girl asked/ demand my receipt. Didn't say anything. Got what I was missing, handed it to me and didn't say anything but 'here'. I reminded here this is where you apologize and say thank you. Yes I could have not said anything but really? Where us the customer service? She said something in Spanish and walked away. Rude and can't do your job? I'll go to another restaurant not worth it.
Maybe the worst Popeyes in Dallas. No sandwiches. Rude staff.
