I ordered delivery on December 18th. I emailed them after receiving the order and realizing that 1 item was missing. I never heard from them so I emailed them 2 more times with the specifics. They finally emailed me on Dec 26th asking for the store location, still haven't had a resolution.
I understand mistakes get made but to me it's about how and when it's resolved. Not a good experience with Popeyes.
