Cashiers need to be more attentive. While making my order, I asked for a specific upgrade. Telling the cashier, I'd pay the up charge. She nods says okay. After I pay, she turns to prepare my food and I asked her. So the will be 6 breast. She was like oh yeah. Takes everything back out and starts over. This was not the 1st, the 2nd nor the 3rd time. I have been coming to this exact place for over 15 years. I even have a brand new place near my house and still I go to this...

Nothing worse than being rushed when your coming through the drive thru. Before I could even finish my order or ask a question in regards, the lady was cutting me short. Nobody else was in the line, so that let me know in addition to her tone, she really didn’t want to be bothered. At the window she didn’t seem very friendly either, and obviously there were no napkins or condiments offered or in the bag. Sucks cause I hadn’t had Popeyes in awhile and was looking forward...

Went there 2 wks ago and the food was fresh and hot especially the chicken.. And the cashier was very nice and helpful.. They need to keep the crew that was there when I went because my experience there that day was nice.. ??
