The food was hot and well cooked, but the cashier was so rude! He never acknowledged me, no greeting or a simple smile, he was having a loud and inappropriate conversation with his coworkers, he never asked me what sides I wanted, never received my receipt and didn’t say thank you, as soon as he was done putting my food in a bag and I inserted my card he went to the back to chit chat! This is unacceptable! And by reading the reviews I can already seee that no one makes them accountable for their nasty actions

The older woman cashier is the most miserable soul you’ll ever come across. She’s never having a good day. I go through this airport often. If I see her working I just go get something else.

The woman behind the counter, who is there more often than not (long dark ponytail) is extremely rude and multiple people I’ve talked to have had awful encounters with her. Probably the most shocking way I’ve been spoke to by a front face worker.

This place is disgusting, and they messed up our orders. There was hair in the mashed potatoes. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and got a regular. My fries were mixed with my husband's tenders. I don't go to Popeyes often, but $16 for a sandwich, fries, and half scoop of coleslaw? Seems crazy even for airport prices. Super long lines. One register was cash only. Charging so much, at least they could have working equipment and food that us acceptable.

They lie about they machines being down close to closing time. Enough said about this location. Ate their earlier. Didn't expect much it's in a airport. I already knew it will be over priced. Didn't count on the chicken being dryer than the biscuits. Walked by later to hear they machine don't work while a employee is stuffing chicken in multiple boxes and going home with it

The guy at the counter was literally yelling at people in line that there is no food… when there was a whole buffet behind him. He kicked 10+ people out of the line and said no food. As he yelled at all of his coworkers. I believe he was either drunk or on drugs. Most terrifying experience I have ever had at any food place.

Walked up from a long flight only to be greeted with rudeness about them being closed at 3pm. Her words were “I don’t know why everyone keeps coming in here we’re closed!”Literally 15 minutes later I see a couple sit down at my gate with Popeyes food.Discrimination anyone!

This is the worst Popeyes by far when it comes to customer service, Staff always extremely rude, saucy and always have an attitude, I'm talking about the entire staff , they always make it seem like they are doing you a favor, as someone who works in the Airport I experience terrible service evertime, it can't be a coincidence...yall need to fix your attitude, life is too short....smh

A cold 3 piece tender “meal” served an hour before close with the utmost rudest service possible for $20. Board displays only family meal packages to discourage anyone from even considering or asking about actual meals. But….bonus if you ask, the highest amount of gruff and unhappiness you could ever imagine. Sorry for being hungry after a long day of travel guys, please by all means get back to your cell phones and ruin a few other folks days!!!***Had 5 minutes to take it back and the guy pretended to refund me but the card numbers didn’t match. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!

I felt bad for some of the customers because one of them was condescending.The menu was comprehensive, but they were pretty much out of everything except for a few items. The chicken wings cannot be ordered as the "combo" despite what is on the menu. They only accept the order if you order a platter.The credit card machine screen was broken. Also, you don't get a receipt after you paid.The seating area was messy, so I didn't sit down. PS: what's with the price gouging Popeyes?!! You're not worth $30+ for 8 pieces of chicken. Sorry. This is not gourmet!

Food was great but the service was really bad. To start we asked for a sweet tea and a diet coke and the lady working there gave us a sprite instead for a diet coke. No big deal right, a normal person would've apologized and fixed the order but this lady decided to argue with us and insist that we asked for a sprite. Then after we got our order and we were eating in the dining area, one of our sandwiches was incorrect. We asked for two of the same how they got one correctly and the other one not is beyond my understanding. We decided just to leave as is since we wouldn't want to argue with this lady again. My suggestion is to get a friendlier and more polite person.The dining area was really dirty, trash on the floor and the tables all dirty. Thankfully we had Clorox wipes so we cleaned our table ourselves but this place should be cleaner. Hopefully the health inspector is reading this and should take a look for the sake of their customers.
