My whole order was messed up. The did not have my fries in the order. My 3 piece chicken was all dark meat when I ordered all white meat & paid for all white meat & my other order was 12 hot that was so under cooked that I had to throw them out. I’ve been calling for the last hour but no one will answer the phone I literally spent & $28.23 and couldn’t eat anything. The customer service was great but the order was all wrong.

Popeye’s has the best fried chicken of any chain and is better than most “one offs”. Quality can vary from one location to another but is usually very good. Spicy prep is really tasty.

The manager lady is very rude and unprofessional. The whole team had on no gloves and i watch them re dip old chicken back in the grease to try to make it seem fresh. I ask for my food to be fresh they all got an attitude because I didn’t want old re dip chicken. This is the worst Popeyes in America. No one should eat here at all. I have everything on video of them re dipping old chicken back in the grease. I ask for a refund and they didn’t refund me my money.

4/17/25 The chicken was pink inside and greasy. They didn’t give me a receipt which means I couldn’t claim any points for my visit nor return the food. I’m not sure what was going on at the register in the drive thru but they held my card for several minutes and I was not charged for my order until about four or five hours after I left. I won’t be visiting this location again. Undercooked food and the possibility of them writing down my debit card number to charge me later is not a good practice. I should have been given a receipt so I could return the food after my lunch break because it was not cooked completely but I had no proof of purchase until later in the evening after I left when they finally charged my card even then they may not have given me a refund as they couldn’t verify it was from this location.

Just terrible when your hungry trying to pay 10 for old food I would not recommend this place at all! Workers in the back eating not OKAY!
