Dear Popeyes Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the terrible service my family and I experienced at your restaurant today (Sunday, April 5, 2026) around 5:45 PM. What was supposed to be a pleasant family meal was completely ruined by the extremely rude behavior of one of your staff members. From the moment we tried to place our order, she was dismissive and refused to listen to what we were ordering. She just wanted to say what she wanted to say and was talking down to us. Furthermore, while on duty, she was looking at her phone, keeping it hidden under the screen. She also handled our food very roughly, throwing things down aggressively as if we were asking for free food. We paid for our meal and did not deserve to be treated with such disrespect. To make matters worse, when we asked her to unlock the restroom doors for my elderly parents, she started grumbling and complaining. We specifically requested her to open both doors, but she only opened the one for women and refused to open the other one while continuing to complain under her breath. Because of this hostile and unacceptable behavior, we lost our appetite, took only two items, and walked out of the restaurant. Our entire family is extremely upset

I had a hard time ordering at Popeyes because of an accent and some misunderstanding, but the staff member was not patient or helpful at all. She didn’t try to listen when I was speaking and kept looking at her phone, which felt very disrespectful. Instead of trying to understand, she seemed annoyed and gave off an unwelcoming attitude the whole time. When she was packing our order, she also didn’t handle the food with care. As paying customers, we expect basic respect and professionalism, but it felt like we were bothering her just by ordering. Overall, a very disappointing experience

Don't buy the chicken wraps they didn't even put a tender in there it's something thin like a chicken fry in a crap ton of lettuce
I ordered online, 3 different orders of 6pcs wings. Ghost pepper, lemon pepper. I received 1 box of wings with just spicy seasoning red all over the wings. No Ghost pepper! No Lemon Pepper!! Why would you put all of my wings orders into one box, White Lady....we eat chicken but we all have a different flavor and would like separate boxes to put them into!! Low down

Food was old and dry ordered an 8 piece received 4 thighs two breasts and two drumsticks . Biscuits were stale and dry and extra icing was used to cover this up. Had food from here prior that left a lot to be desired. Gave this location a second chance there wont be a third.
