Food was old and dry ordered an 8 piece received 4 thighs two breasts and two drumsticks . Biscuits were stale and dry and extra icing was used to cover this up. Had food from here prior that left a lot to be desired. Gave this location a second chance there wont be a third.

Waited 26 minutes for four pieces of chicken. They r ALWAYS SLOW!! Why not cook chicken a little ahead. I watched as 5 other people got their orders while me & my coworker continued to wait. Only after I went to the counter to ask did they get my order. Need to fire the staff

They made my Uber driver wait 40 minutes. I will never order from here again and I order from here all the time. Absolutely awful. They gave people there after he had already been there 20 minutes their food and made him wait another 20 minutes. For boneless wings. Worst Popeyes ever.

It amazes me that I can order and pay for a chicken sandwich, then get to the window to be told they don't have any chicken sandwiches. When asking for a raincheck and proper information to receive the sandwich at a later date, the window is slammed in my face.
