I don’t the name of the man but he took a long time to give my food he told me that I have a bad attitude but I was hungry and I wasn’t mad he was the one who was treating me bad then the sodas they taste so bad and I told him he just told me that I was lying because nobody complained just me and another man and one of the workers was talking to my grandma and he told the worker to not talk to us never in my life I’m coming to eat there I’m going to told my neighbors and friends to not go there never

The louisiana garlic wings are great. I live 20 minutes away from this location and the wings were still hot and crispy when I got home

The service was terrible, the place was very dirty, they do not use hair nets and it seemed that they had not combed their hair, there were 4 people, 5 with the manager on duty and only 1 person took orders and sent them to the line where they make the orders, it was dirty, there were napkins that were clearly not clean, and to finish, they do not give receipts of what you buy.

I came in craving Popeyes since it’s been years since I have came in. I was expecting the best service / food for my orders but I was really disappointed with my food since my tenders were so old and cold , my mashed potatoes tasted like beans and rice. I’m assuming they use the same spoons for putting them in their containers since it’s tastes weird. My biscuits were rock hard. And staff just rush our food and care more to be laughing and giggling and staying on their phones. But they’re so quick to get off them when guest come in .

We ordered our food online and still had to wait almost 30 minutes to receive our order. Along with this, the staff was extremely unfriendly. this location is -2/10.

Came here again just for the service to still be awful. I ordered through the drive thru and had to go inside because my order was wrong. I ordered through the drive through at 12pm and wasn't able to address that my order was wrong until 12:27pm because there were only 3 people working with one of those people both working the front register and cooking. Again, -10/10.

If zero stars was a thing I’d give it I arrived @7:45 I ordered and payed only for the young lady at the counter (ref photo) to turn around after the transaction and I was assured I could receive what I requested and tell me the old chicken was all that was left I asked why she didn’t say that before and she just looked at me silently then 5 workers appeared from the back and they had a full conversation in Spanish and said nothing to me the lady in the grey shirt I assume a manager side eyed me for asking why @7:45 they were done cooking chicken and closing time is 11 it was the worst experience I’d ever had and to make it all worse everyone was on the damn phone !!

The Beltline Popeyes has to be the worst in the entire chain. The staff is a minus zero. The food is a minus zero as well. HORRIBLY HORRIBLE. Popeyes in general has really gone down hill. But this is the WORST by far!!!!!

Will not go there again! Dining in and saw the interactions with staff and two separate customers. Very irate customer came in from the drive thru about the attitude he was dealing with from staff through the speaker. The manager did not de-escalate the situation, he just made matters worse. The cashier lady and “so called” manager was very rude! They argue with customers and don’t care. Very unprofessional and no customer service at all! The staff here needs to be revamped ASAP!!!
