This is the worst Popeyes location in of Dallas. Nasty, old, soggy chicken! So greasy that the bottom of the box fell apart! Paid $30 for trash! All the reviews are horrible! They need new management, new staff, never everything!

Went through the empty drive-thru lane 3 different times. Firstly they forgot the entire 2nd half of my order and gave me some random receipt that had nothing i ordered on it, then the 2nd time they gave me the wrong box whenever i went to get the rest of my food. Finally i went through again and they just gave me a random box still filled with not my order. Hope everyone that was working there at that time has hot pillows and congestion.

If I could, I would give them 0 stars. Whoever worked the drive thru shouldn't work with people. He was disrespectful and he sounded very irritated. His responses were quick and rude. I don't plan on coming back to this location anytime soon.

Every time I come to this location there’s always a problem. 1. I ordered a a 3-pieces and asked for it mixed and they said they don’t do that any more until I talked to a manager. 2. I ordered had to order 4 three pieces because they said they weren’t doing the 12-piece special that was still displayed on the window 3. Which happened today I come to place an order and they said it’s a 25 minute wait and that they only have 3 wings ready. Firstly how do you not have chicken ready? It’s dinner time and this location gets pretty busy. When I got to the window they were actively packing orders for people inside and the car infront of me got their order pretty quickly. When said I will wait the person taking my order and stayed silent as if I were going to drive off until I said something to bring them back into reality. I hate leaving bad reviews but I hate bad service even more and this location has had its last strike.
I came here August 20th. I ended up falling in the parking lot due to uneven pavement. When I let the workers know they didnt care. I even heard them laughing at me. Its been three days and I'm in so much pain. They didnt even ask for my information so I can get in contact with HR.

This was my order recipe vs. my order. First of all wrong order, all of it was just plain fried chicken even though I ordered different flavors. Second instead of six pieces in my barbecue wings, it was only 3 of them. And I was really shocked, how rude the staff were. No customer service matters in this restaurant, and because my house was far from this place I didn’t want to get back there and get the right order. And I chose 4 sauces and they gave me wrong sauces, and not 4 sauces only 2. But it was one of my worse experiences eating out, everything was off about this place, food, customer service, order, especially staff. They were literally ignoring me through the window after 10 minutes waiting there they came with a rude attitude.
