Their bone in chicken is okay but the wings are a ripoff. Each wing is like 50-75% batter and the wings are like the size of maybe a pinky finger. And a minimum order is like $9. That ish aint even worth $5. Best items is the blackened chicken and their cajun sparkle is nice Food is barely decent but the bathrooms here are concerning. Seems they intentionally throttle the water valves in the bathroom to a tiny trickle so you cant really wash your hands. Pretty gross fam.

They are a jokeCame in because there was paper on my sandwich and as soon as I talked to the f.a manager and first thing she said was we don’t have that kind of paper here like saying if I planted on it then they make me another sandwich like if wanted another sandwich so I told them that I wanted my money back then she started accusing me of doing that so that I can eat for free and get my money back when I clearly giving them the sandwich back and the rest of the order back will be talking to coorp for sure but so yall know what yall eating and having bunch of inexperience people there that don’t even know English I could barely talk to them without all of them talking at once in Spanish don’t even have a name tag to see their names but you can’t miss it all of them look like tortas ?hahahaha damn didn’t know how many bad reviews yall have no wonder yall suck
I went through drive through, approx 12:15 Thursday, ordered 5 piece tenders with red beans and rice, spicy, and one not spicy with fries. Either both came spicy, or yall aren't bright enough to understand you can't fry spicy with not spicy in the same vat

At the Popeyes on Belt Line and Coit, the employees shout and say rude things, it is a lack of respect for the restaurant and the customers who go to eat there seem like the employees seem to be in the patio of their house. The rest is excellent, they receive and serve well. the clients

Man I felt betrayed . I love Popeyes but they did me dirty by pretty much giving me a bone for a piece of chicken and when I brought it to the staffs attention they told me they "sold chicken by the piece not the weight" and refused to replace the piece. Y'all be the judge , tell me where the chicken is on this? My mashed potatoes container was also only half full, like damn, how much are potatoes costing you guys? The rest of the chicken and food tastes great for the record, y'all just need to work on your quality control and customer service
