They messed my order up and refused to correct

Came thru the drive thru and spent 30 mins waiting in line 3 people in front of me i only order 2 chicken sandwich

I was pleasantly surprised coming to this place. TBH a lot of fast food places suck, you have to deal with attitudes from staff or incorrect orders, etc. The cashier was extremely nice and got my order out fast with no mistakes. That’s all you can ask for. Popeyes is making good strides.

Workers was not so friendly and they were out of Ranch and ketchup. Please look at the camera's. Older Hispanic woman was eating chicken on the side of the to go area. She had a on black mask 😷 because lifted it
back when she finished eating the company food on the clock. Only gave me 2 honey packets also. The drive thru young lady was working front counter also. Double working with a attitude. Unacceptable. Smh

I paid $3.79 for Cajun fries; that I did not
receive. I won't forget that.

Ordered my food online last night 10 mins before arriving when I got there it took an additional 15 mins for my food to come out. There were no cars except mine in the drive thru so I’m not sure what took so long. Workers just standing around on phones. Than I got my order and it did not have the sauce I requested so I had to go back around and a different employee came to the window with a horrible attitude she must’ve been a sauce officer and charged a fee for sauce. The whole night shift seems to have a bad attitude and to hate there job 0/10. Time food and service were all terrible !!

Clearly Popeyes says they close later now but when we pull in and finally speak to someone at 10:30 we are told they are closed. That doesn’t make sense . This is ridiculous. Very carelessly told us “we’re closed” after we waited 15mins in line.

Two big Mexican ladies that work the front one sits on her phone the whole time the other one is standing around looking goofy line from the drive-through to the street by the time I make it to the intercom nobody’s taking orders and I’m wondering why people are just driving off When I confront the lady. She says she was on the phone trying to have an important conversation or whatever the case may be, I asked to speak to the above manager she said it’s on the door. I go to the door and the number is scraped off highly disappointed Did not order anything. I will take my money elsewhere. Ladies have a rude attitude or men whatever they are
