Me and my wife's first time here and we loved the friendliness and hospitality the staff showed us today! Order online - they were missing my Mango Lemonade. Easy fix.
Glad I open my bag and check my food , missing cocktail sauce, requested. Easy fix.
Got home my beams & rice is more empty than idk what .
What a disappointment...

😑 I know everyone makes mistakes, but I visited today April 6 & I order for my sides beans&rice 👍🏻, but they gave me mash potatoes instead of mac & cheese.

Stoped here after a long day of work. To be honest this location is one of the best. Great job team. the food was fresh, order was correct, drink was crip, every member of the staff was great. The Hispanic gentleman that opened the bathroom for me, was really nice as well. The bathroom was also very clean. this location far exceeded expectations in quality and customer service. Highly recommend this location.

I have been to plenty of Popeyes in my day including the home store in Louisiana this is probably the worst Popeyes I had ever been to we got the chicken sandwiches the chicken was dry the red beans and rice tasted like it had detergent in it I've never had coleslaw from Popeyes that has made me throw up until I ate here for the love of God do not go to this Popeyes you will regret it

8:30 on a Friday night and only the drive through is open. The dinig room doors are locked up and the workers are inside looking at me like I'm crazy. I'm going to another location now.

I visited this Popeyes shortly after it opened and was honestly disappointed. Despite being a new location, the service was some of the worst I’ve experienced in the food industry. Orders took an excessive amount of time, the staff appeared disorganized, and there was no sense of urgency or leadership.

The food quality reflected the poor operations — items tasted like they had been sitting too long rather than being prepared fresh. Overall, the experience felt mismanaged from top to bottom.

This location clearly needs stronger operational leadership. Management should seriously review training, staffing, and oversight at both the store and regional level, because in its current state, this restaurant is going to lose customers and money. Popeyes is capable of much better than this

I’ll be filing this complaint to corporate tomorrow as well.

I need someone at corporate Popeyes to explain something to me like I am five.

Does this location actually have mac & cheese… or is it just listed on the menu for decorative purposes?

I have visited this Popeyes three separate times in the last week: at 8 PM, 6 PM, and 5:30 PM…all prime chicken-hour windows. Every single time, I was told the same tragic story:
“We’re out of mac & cheese.”

The first time, I came for the #1 spicy chicken combo with a large mac & cheese. This meal has lived rent-free in my head for MONTHS. Instead, I got stuck with mashed potatoes (sad) and they even forgot my biscuit, which I had never tried and was genuinely excited about. Imagine being betrayed on multiple levels.

The second time, I didn’t even bother settling, I walked out because what is Popeyes without mac & cheese? Just… vibes and regret.

And today? 5:30 PM. Peak dinner hour. Once again:
No mac.
No cheese.
No joy.

So I ask again:
Is mac & cheese a myth at this location?
Is it a seasonal item? A limited edition? A rumor passed down through generations?

Three visits. Three failures. Zero mac.

At this point I feel like I’m being emotionally pranked by a fried-chicken establishment.
