I asked for my wings to be fresh. They was not fresh. They was warm warm like they came from out the warm box then I called 30 times no answer phone beeping like people work hard for the money when they ask for it fresh that’s what they mean.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had coming to a restaurant. I ordered my food online and went to the restaurant to pick it up. I arrive at the restaurant to pick up my food and the lobby is locked. So I have to go to the drive thru and the lady tells me that I told her to give my food to someone else. Why would I tell the restaurant to give my order to someone else. I asked if they could remake the order, she said no, if you get my order to someone else why can’t you redo the order. She flat out refused to make my order again. Told me I had to request a refund online while rolling her eyes at me the whole time I like made a mistake. I got upset and angry so she closed the window on me and refused to talk to me. And I asked to talk to someone else in the restaurant and no one else would come over to the window. Everyone in there need to be fired.

Driving a tow truck through the area dropping off a car nearby, went through order to sandwich in the Drive-Thru ask for a cup of ice water cuz it was 108° they said two extra dollars, told them just keep it all

I’ve been to this location a few times as it’s by my job. There’s a Hispanic lady on drive thru and every single time she is rude! Today did it!!! When confirming my mobile order I stated for the drink…. And before I could say anything else she said pull around. I’m like hello. She wouldn’t respond so I pulled around. At the window I asked for no ice and she rolled her eyes and closed the window without saying anything. She did the exact same when she handed me my order except this time she turned her back. Another employee had to tell her I needed her and she turned around and was just so rude like I inconvenienced her. Today I finally had to tell her that she is so rude and it’s not called for. I’ve always tried to be pleasant with her by saying hi and thank you but she just looks at me like hurry up and leave. The store hasn’t been opened a hour and she being rude. I could see if if I even had 1 bad experience with her but it never fails when she is on drive thru. That’s my last visit. I don’t have to go pay my money and be treated poorly. There’s plenty of establishments in this area I have visited and can visit to receive good food and good customer service.I will also say there’s 1 black guy I’ve gotten twice on drive thru and his customer service was good.
