Not sure what all the cranky reviewers of this place are expecting but let me set the scene for you: It's a Popeyes! That alone should be enough. Right next to the airport in not the most luxurious part of the city. In fact, arm pit could describe it. It's a miracle they get people to work here. I'm expecting my mom's fried chicken?
