Order a big box a piece of my chicken wasn't in the box the food wasn't fresh my biscuit was dry this happened on 10/24/2025 at 3:00pm the Hispanic guys was cooking and they seemed very high because they was looking like they was spaced out and nervous I don't know whats going on but the food has been horrible lately and the kitchen was nasty.

We use to eat here years ago, food prices just got to expensive. We recently visited and noticed that the prices had dropped. Anyway the food was really hot, good and fresh. They even gave us coupons which brought us back for a 2nd visit. See you all next time!

Placed order online app for pickup and when I got there it was not ready. I received my order after the wait and when I got back to work and opened it what I ordered was not what I received. Everything I go to the location on Elam in Balch springs my order is never right. They never give me the wings I ordered always give me a leg or breast in the wing place. And they dont tell you anything.

Customer service is trash. I ordered two 3 piece white which should come with 2 wings in a breast in each. I get home i have more dark meat than white and the chicken is burnt. Not one apology was offered. I waited almost an hr for them to give me what i ordered. I see other people walking out with chicken yet I had to go in twice and ask about mine. The managers irk me every time i visit this location they are as useless as the kids they have working. I will not be back and I’m contacting corporate in the morning. I attached a couple pieces of the dark meat thats been fried a couple times.
Experience was awful. The chicken that was ordered came red inside and disgusting.... I would post a picture but it's truly disturbing. Would not recommend this location, at all.

Do not waste your time coming to this location it is infested with flies. The workers do not utilize gloves while handling food and are constantly touching all over everything without sanitizing or cleaning their hands. I literally saw a team lead or shift leader dipping his fingers in mashed potatoes and wiping his hands all over his shirt and pants after scratching all over his face. 🤢 When you place a mobile order they still make you stand in line which defeats the purpose of ordering online for easy and fast pickup! Especially if you have kiddos and expect to just swing by to pick up your order and leave. The customer service is horrible and the employees have gross and negative attitudes. Do yourself a favor a pick a DIFFERENT location! 🤮🪰🪰🪰
