Update: Lots of apologetic responses from the owner in other reviews….but based on my experience, they don’t really care to actually resolve anything. I reached out to the customer service email given and this was the automatic reply: "Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups. The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now"Food is great, but service at this location was dismal. I waited for over 40 minutes standing after making my sandwich selection. They had piles of sandwiches on the toaster and just kept working on online orders instead finishing my sandwich with toppings and checking me out. The customer in front of me was handed her meal and waited 20 minutes just to checkout. They completely ignored her for that long while working on online orders.

The sandwich was good (light on the meat), and the chili was good for the folks who don't care for spicy hot. The Broccoli cheese soup turned to a watery mess shortly after I started eating it.Service was apathetic, couldn't care less attitude!Convenient location for our Home2 Suites stay.

I have never had an issue with soup or sandwiches but these last 2 times I have gone, my potato soup has been SUPER watery. Definitely not happy with how watery it has been.

Went on 11/4/2023 around 1:15 pm. Walked in and was wondering if it was closing it was dark no lights on at all. They never say welcome or how can I help you. Customer service is off the chain horrible. Was told no one could eat in there because they don’t have anyone to clean. I was thinking to myself umm you have two of you working but ok. They were not helpful at all with the menu or giving extra little helpful ideas what all can go on the sandwich. If I could give this place a zero I would. The worst $60 spent on two sandwiches, two bags of chips and 4 cookies. Do not expect eye contact or a smile from the white guy that was working in there. I could go on and on about the horrible customer service this was. DO NOT GO HERE!!

I'm a fan of Potbelly and with the location right across from Baylor this is a great option if you need a break from their cafeteria. I've done several pick up orders from this location. The food has been consistently good and the employees are friendly. My favorite? The BLTA. I love the peppered bacon they use and it's a great combination overall. My husband is a fan of the loaded potato soup and actually really enjoyed the PBJ

This woman at the front helped me and she was not very pleasant. She gave me an attitude and was overall very short with me. She had a lot of tattoos. However, the other girl who greeted me was so nice and kind, balancing out the experience.

Heard about this restaurant from a co worker, stopped by to give it a try. I was very pleased with the quick service. I ordered the meatball sandwich, it was very delicious and so was the milkshake. This restaurant is very clean. Bringing my wife and kids on my next visit here. For great tasting sandwiches and milkshakes I highly recommend this restaurant . I'm one happy customer. Giving it 4 Stars because they are a bit pricey but I will return. Wish they were open 24/7.

Nice and quiet sandwich shop, a TV with sports would be great. The sandwiches are good, I recommend to ask for light oil to make it easier to open.
