Potbelly Sandwich Shop Reviews
I was interested in their salad so I ordered UberEATS with them. well I got just lettuce and chicken. I called to tell them, and they told me I am suppose to pick everything I want in the salad. However, I tried to place another order from UberEATS think it was my fault and no where does it say to pick what I want in my salad. it does say remove what I don't want and to add extra of what I do want. I won't order from this place again. and my company usually orders food for all...read full review
What’s the point in ordering online when it’s never ready when you arrive. People who come inside to order get their orders completed quicker than those who ho order ahead. Poor workflows and seemingly continuously short staffed.
Management should seriously reevaluate work distribution.
Screwed up my sandwich! Didn’t discover it until I was away. Angry/Annoyed as I was hungry.

Potbelly is a popular sandwich restaurant that offers a variety of food options and generally good service. Many customers appreciate the food, describing it as really good, fresh, and accurate. The atmosphere is often noted as clean and nice, making it a pleasant place to dine. The staff are described as very pleasant, patient, and helpful, with some reviews highlighting well-trained employees and excellent service from managers and team members. One reviewer praised a staff member for making sure their order was correct and for demonstrating great service even during training. Another customer particularly commended a young employee named Joel, who managed a busy day with professionalism and calmness, providing outstanding service.
However, there have been some issues. At this location, the toaster/oven has not been working properly, resulting in sandwiches not being toasted or hot as they should be. Some customers experienced poor service, with staff ignoring questions or not creating a welcoming environment, especially for first-time visitors. There was also a negative experience when a favorite sandwich was removed from the menu, leading to disappointment, especially for those who cannot eat pork. On a busy holiday evening, only one employee was working, but they handled the situation well, keeping cool and serving customers efficiently. Overall, Potbelly is appreciated for its good food and friendly staff, though some operational and menu issues remain.
