I came here to get a juice while on a walk and it was almost impossible to find a beverage on the menu without added sugar, caffeine, or honey (and I’m vegan). Once I found something and paid with Apple Pay, the staff glared at me because I didn’t give them a 20% tip for handing me an overpriced bottle of juice from a refrigerator. They continued glaring at me while I sat waiting for my Uber. I cheerfully said goodbye and thank you as I left and they stood there in silence. It felt like they waited for me to leave so they could begin complaining to each other about the lack of tip, which I felt was unwarranted.

I love pressed! They have never gotten an order wrong and it always tastes great! However, this location leaves much to be desired when it comes to service. I walked in the morning of 10/5 to pickup my order to be greeted by someone who did want to be there. They wanted to argue with me about when I placed my order. They then walked to the back to grab it and the attitude could have been avoided the whole time. I will be ordering from other locations going forward! Kindness and customer service goes along way.
