Primo's MX Kitchen Hillcrest

I can hardly put into words how epic Primos food is, but I will make an attempt…The queso is easily the best thing on the menu. I didn’t picture it because I dug into it as soon as it arrived at my house. The bacon jalapeño poppers are so tasty and are not too spicy. We enjoyed the chili relleno, the smothered burrito and the fajitas. We are happy every time we have Primos.Go in, get it delivered, do whatever you can to get this delicious food in your belly!

Stopped in NYE. The bartenders were crowded on one side of the bar where the POS was located. The other side of the bar was completely ignored.

When we walked in the restaurant it looked beautiful and somewhat high end. But unfortunately the floors were sooo sticky, table wabbly, upholstered chairs were filthy, the floor under the table was littered with crumbs, and other foods. The floor in the outdoor patio needs to be pressure washed it is very dirty.But the staff, the hostess and waiter were extremely nice, very friendly and accommodating, and the food was very, very good.

This neighborhood kitchen is fantastic. The staff is very attentive and the food and the presentation are exceptional!! I highly recommend you try them out. You won't be disappointed.

Extremely impressed with how good this was, can't believe waited so long to try Primos. The house salsa is also the best one around to me. For the first visit I just got Chile enchiladas with beef

Don't be fooled by the "Happy Hour." It's actually a "Destroy Happiness Hour." They'll demand twice what's on the menu for less food than what they promise. But hey, at least they clean the bathroom once a week. (This was 8/20 and... well... at least they were honest about how frequently they clean the bathroom). I understand my shoes sticking to the floor and a godawful smell in the bar area in Deep Ellum. Here? Naw.

I order from UberEats and my order has been wrong or missing items like chips when I ordered dip several times.Today I ordered Primo Villa Dip and the beef was completely different. Super disappointing when you pay for and expect consistency.

Poorly managed. Been several times with same results. Great location. Hopefully, service improves.

Service was subpar (training?) but not horrible; food was subpar but not horrible (ok, the queso was pretty awful). We won't go back. But we wouldn't freak out if someone else wanted to meet there. Lots of much, much better choices within a mile or two.

Worst management In the Industry... they don’t even pay their employees on time, food is the worst

Way over pricedOrdered a taco salad came with no meat when I finally got the waitresses attention was told you have to ask for meat and it's an extra cost. Then asked for salad dressing for plain salad never received. No refills on our water or tea. Will not return

Friend brought me a quesadilla as take out. Menu says cheese, onion, peppers, guacamole, pico de Gallo. I requested guacamole on the side. What I received contained equal amounts of cheese and fajita cut onions, one single fajita cut red pepper and one single fajita cut green pepper. Guacamole, sour cream, and pico de Gallo on the side. Disappointed with what was presented. Tasted as expected given how it looked.

It was amazing the food drinks and staff we so awesome!!! They acknowledged our anniversary and the executive chef Angelo anything short of amazing we definitely will return. I recommend this spot to any and everyone
