I can hardly put into words how epic Primos food is, but I will make an attempt…The queso is easily the best thing on the menu. I didn’t picture it because I dug into it as soon as it arrived at my house. The bacon jalapeño poppers are so tasty and are not too spicy. We enjoyed the chili relleno, the smothered burrito and the fajitas. We are happy every time we have Primos.Go in, get it delivered, do whatever you can to get this delicious food in your belly!

Best Taco Tuesday Special with Margs. One of my favorite spots for Tequila.

Amazing food and great staff. My wife and I love this place.

Stopped in NYE. The bartenders were crowded on one side of the bar where the POS was located. The other side of the bar was completely ignored.

When we walked in the restaurant it looked beautiful and somewhat high end. But unfortunately the floors were sooo sticky, table wabbly, upholstered chairs were filthy, the floor under the table was littered with crumbs, and other foods. The floor in the outdoor patio needs to be pressure washed it is very dirty. But the staff, the hostess and waiter were extremely nice, very friendly and accommodating, and the food was very, very good.

Food and service is terrible. Food and service was consistently bad all 3 times I have been. Overpriced drinks and when I got my bill, server tried to add a bunch of items that we didn't have. I think because it's slow, they are trying to pad the bills. Be sure to check. That was it for us. Never going back

Chips and salsa were fine, service was fine, food was inedible. I couldn't eat it. Went home and had a bowl of cereal. Normally I'm not that picky but this was shockingly bad and cold. I didn't want to complain to my dinner partner because he suggested we go there, but after a couple of bites he said he wished we'd gone to Taco Bell.

I really want to like this location but the past few times I have been in the service has been subpar. There used to be a great bartender, Brandon, not sure where he went but he was the best. The original Primos on McKinney Avenue was the best. I realize coming out of Covid has its challenges but there needs to be more than one bartender to service this location.

Took a Lyft to Primo's, and the wrong location. Manager gave us margaritas on the house for our trouble. Very, kind in these days! Highly recommend!! Outstanding customer service!

We ordered Primos this evening via GrubHub. The driver ended up leaving the restaurant without picking up our foods. We waited over an hour for the delivery as we know restaurant are severely short staffed. We called the restaurant directly wondering about the delivery of our food and charges via GrubHub. The Manage Bas/Boz (sp?) took it upon himself to drive over our order given the failure of GrubHub. He was absolutely amazing esp as he was in the middle of his busy dinner service and incredibly gracious. It was truly above and beyond and can't thank him enough. We will only return again bc of the amazing support and dedication of this one Manager. Thank you.

This is a 5 plus star restaurant and bar. Been here many times, always top notch. Had the Grande breakfast for brunch. Totally amazing. Eggs, sausage, bacon, chorizo gravy and biscuits (AMAZING), Mexican potatoes, plain white queso. It's all FRESH and HOMEMADE. This one review mentioned several other places over Primo's, c'mon man those places are crap. We've been to all of them recently. Some people's taste buds must be dead. Ask for Saraid! Her service is amazing, I've never seen anyone work so hard at providing us with perfect service. She is a real sweetheart. She and management will see that you are happy, happy, happy!

Great service, but average food. The chips tasted like the came from the grocery. The entrees were average too.

Surprised by the negative reviews here. We just went for the first time and thought very good. Used to be huge Primo fans from its days on McKinney but was younger then and it was just all about the patio and margaritas then. But went for food now and thought very good. We all did. We had tacos, the quail, and a chile relleno and all were really good. Great chips and salsa which is a must. Margaritas as good and as potent as remembered from the old days. Nice atmosphere with pretty little patio (though yes in a strip mall). Service was good. Maybe a little spotty in the beginning getting drinks but every restaurant is having trouble with getting help right now so not surprising and was fine and no big deal. All in all we really enjoyed Primos. And a great new neighborhood Tex mex addition!

Extremely impressed with how good this was, can't believe waited so long to try Primos. The house salsa is also the best one around to me. For the first visit I just got Chile enchiladas with beef
