Quiznos - TEMPORARILY CLOSED PLEASE CHECK BACK

Short or Long Line, their customer service is way better compared to their subs contemporaries here in downtown Dallas. The front desk is quick to suggest and help me since i don't use Quiznos a lot! Their secret: there are actually 4 people that passed thru the best sandwich, the handler, the warmer , the mixer and the cashier - all friendly!

Been going here maybe 2-3 times a month. Today I had an issue with the sandwich; never had an issue before but today I did. Meat was cold, sauce was cold ; meat was salty. After a few blank stares and a look of disbelief the cashier who has also been here for as long as I can remember (2 years?) decided I should get a new sandwich; but only after first suggesting they would warm the meat again. Well if you want to try something else apart from Subway, you might want to go here. The breads are different and choice of sandwich is new. We had a chicken sandwich, which was quite okay. The bread was fresh baked and was really tasty. I did not like the setting though as all the choice of veggies and meat were kept a little away and you can not actually see what they are adding in your sandwich. A little slow moving queue though.
