Short or Long Line, their customer service is way better compared to their subs contemporaries here in downtown Dallas. The front desk is quick to suggest and help me since i don't use Quiznos a lot! Their secret: there are actually 4 people that passed thru the best sandwich, the handler, the warmer , the mixer and the cashier - all friendly!

The food is disgusting unless you count the bag of chips. Its over priced ($6 for a 4inch sub) and the service is awful. Before I could even sign the receipt the lady started ringing up the next lady and pushed my food to the side away from me. Stick to subway.

Stay away!!! I just had the worst service ever from this place. I was just trying to redeem a promo for "any 8-inch sub" from the Quiznos app. 1) I was told that regardless of what the promo said, I could only get the classic or premium (no chicken or steak). The promo code clearly stated"any 8-inch sub". But they said they wouldn't honor that. 2) I was told that the store was losing money on these promo's because no one was reimbursing the store. While I seriously don't believe that, I'm not sure that's my problem. 3) My wife and I both tried to redeem our individual promo's. We were told only 1 promo per last name. The cashier actually got upset at us for trying to redeem the promotion.
