Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

order 9 the box meals short 3 came back to get the food was treated like I am the one that messed up the food and like I was living. never have I been treated so rude.

As it is for any Raising Cane’s the food was very consistent and it came out quickly. They had good sauce and not much of a variety or selection of food.

If you want chicken tenders, they have that though!

The cole slaw isn’t very good, but you can sub it out for extra fries or an extra toast.

It’s usually pretty quick mainly because they only serve one thing.

All in all good experience.

I placed an order for pick up a large order of chicken strips. The order was ready when I arrived. Got to my party and there was no sauce… how did I spend $40 on chicken strips and get no sauce.. not a good experience.

I thought raising canes was supposed to be good. The chicken tasted like it was from a box. I didn’t care for the cane sauce it was nasty. Also they don’t have an option to make the chicken spicy just hot sauce but really Choula sauce not everyone likes that sauce. Food was bad overall. I wouldn’t go back at all not worth spending any money on at all

They took a while to get my order. I didn't have it at the time they said they would.

This is a location that was recently built near our neighborhood in the East Dallas/White Rock area. Every time we have visited this location the service is great, the staff are friendly, & polite. They always get our order right and the food is always good. We like to go through the drive through for our food and then head on over down the street to White Rock Lake and have ourselves a nice little Cane’s picnic…

This is the ONLY Cane's I've ever been to in which I receive horrible customer service from the seemingly unsupervised teenagers that scoff at me when I ask for the extra sauces I've paid for, which weren't in the bag. 4th or 5th time I've had to ask for the order to be corrected and been met with resistance, attitude, and dirty looks. This staff gives off the vibe that they are spitting in the food. As well, the decline of freshness in the food at this location since it opened is apparent. Definitely not making this place a top choice for a quick and easy meal.
