I love Canes and work in the same parking lot for the last three years. But this particular day I was disturbed by the General Manager or Store Manager there. I had already been waiting in line and she proceeds to come from the back to check someone out who was behind me. Instead of taking me she stated “come on up, I already know what you want” . I was the next person in line and I should’ve been next. When I approached her and asked she didn’t think she did anything wrong.
-You have the person behind me special treatment because you knew him.
-I was next in line and my order should’ve been taken before his.

As long as I’ve been eating here that one gesture changed me eating here for forever. All the other locations will receive my business except this one.

The lady was good attitude attending the catchier but the manager or what wasn’t even inviting I politely ask for the receipt and he was not even polite and didn’t even said anything as if it was a inconvenience. Not appropriate at all.

I order a sandwich combo no sauce the lady repeatedly read back my order sandwich with no sauce . I get home and my sandwich is full of sauce like if they added extra sauce

4 consecutive times I’ve asked for ketchup and the worker literally pretends to put it in the bag, then hands the bag with none inside. I finally asked what the deal is, and the worker admitted they are instructed not to give any. Paying for $30 of food and can’t get ten cents worth of ketchup.

Half of my fries were as cold as a freezer , I’m not coming back here again…..they keep trying to rush so hard when there’s barely anybody in line…..take your time, cook the food fresh, and boom you got a customer but you lost one this time..and yes happens almost everytime.
