Customer service was phenomenal
Seriously this is the size of the tenders. I swear they just keep getting smaller and smaller !
I enjoy the food and the service no complaints at all.
I placed an online order but didn't check it when I picked it up; once I got home, I realized the order was incomplete—my french fries were missing. I called the store, and the manager only offered to let me come back and pick up an order of fries. I suggested he simply refund the cost of the fries instead, since I live 10 minutes away and would spend more on gas; he responded very rudely, saying no—that the only option was to pick up the fries and nothing else. Very poor service.
I’m not sure if its just this Canes location or Canes as a whole but everything looked smaller even the fries. I ordered a 3 finger combo that was literally like a kids meal. Also, ordered a Caniac that usually is very filling but this was just not the case this time. The fries were slimmer and they barely have any.

I was asked if we wanted ketchup by the person outside taking our order and I said yes but when I arrived home a checked our food and bag there was no ketchup which really disappointed me. Also I didn’t get a kids straw for my kids meal drink and also a few of our fries were burnt like full black burnt. I just took a bit out of my chicken and some parts of it were chewy :(

I ordered a 3 finger combo and the fries were extremely salty. I took them back and Alex was very nice about fixing my order. The manager said she would remake my whole meal. It wasnt a problem and I appreciate that. Good customer service!
I am extremely disappointed in the level of service I received and the manager Kelsey defending her manager quoting that she’s going to have their back is arguably worst. I placed my order and was told in the drive thru they could not accept my money. Never used the proper protocol to verify my funds and ultimately discriminated against me as if I was someone that lacked intelligence. Furthermore got home to realize once I paid with my Apple wallet that I was overcharged which is concerning. The guy closed the window and made it seem as if I was aggressive and he in fact was the one in the wrong. The manager showed no empathy and I am completely disappointed in the level of service I received from the employee and manager. I will not visit the location again
