You’re a drive-through girl with a blue shirt on Friday night at 10:45 PM. Could really use some customer service training like allow the customer to finish talking so she can comprehend the order so it won’t be wrong when you get to the window maybe try offering ketchup instead of just throwing the bag out the window with the customer And learn some friendliness. Other than that I would get this location of five stories but saying anything else before I get everything said...

Tanika! Was amazing. As guests were walking in she welcomed everyone and gave a friendly shout to back line how many people had walked in so the food would be made, hot, fresh, and prompt - and it was! She even offered to get our refills for us - I hope she is recognized for her genuine hospitality and attention to detail!
