Back in 2014 a manager at the Addison location told me I could ask for my tenders extra crispy & every since then I have . I visited this location that's a hit & miss back around February 22 - 24.During that time I ordered extra crispy,I parked and proceeded to start eating . I realized my tenders were soggy & half cooked . I called, then went back through the line to get a remake . The manager who was a Spanish woman aggressively said to me, I told you to come inside . But I didn't feel like it , is what I'm thinking . I pull around to the window and she meets me there and ask me for my receipt. I'm looking & looking and I find it ,take a quick glance to make sure it was the right one & I noticed I was charged for two combos . She then gets really frustrated as I bring it up to her & as I'm talking to her she goes Mam your no longer welcome to come back here again . I was flabbergasted!! Wait !! What ??? So I get the order half cooked I come back then find out I payed for two meals & I'm the bad guy . Meanwhile I never disrespect her because she had that part under control .she gives me another order and again the chicken is soggy nothing was crispy. Maybe perhaps go to the kitchen and guide the cook on how to prepare extra crispy chicken for customers instead of allowing my order to default twice . I immediately contacted canes customer service who has lied about sending me out two cards for the trouble but still nothing ! Have been in contact with them three times in March and still nothing . SO I HAVE DECIDED TO NOT WORRY ABOUT IT & AND WHILE NOT WORRYING ABOUT IT , I HAVE DECIDED TO NOT LIMIT MYSELF TO POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUBPAR RESTAURANTS AGAIN.I HAVE NEVER TRIED ZAXBY'S BEFORE & I HEARD IT'S BETTER .SO I'LL BRING THEM MY GOOD HARD EARNED MONEY ..CRISPY OR SOGGY, I'LL NEVER FIND MYSELF IN LINE AT ANOTHER CANES AGAIN ..MUAH ?HAPPY & BLESSED

Always a great place for freshly cooked chicken strips and fries. Their Cane’s sauce is excellent and can never go wrong getting an extra piece of toast. This is a go to place for my daughter and I anytime we need come comfort food.

I love Raising Canes way more than I did a few years ago. Their chicken used to be dry and stringy compared to now. It’s way more thick and juicy. But that sauce!!!!!! It’s THE best part.
