We have eaten in the restaurant before and it was wonderful. Food and service. We ordered from Door Dash and the food and service were excellent. Part of our order was forgotten in bag. The manager delivered it and added some treats we did not order as apology. The fact this place has great food, service and cares about customers is the reason I wish there was more than 5 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We will be back and order for delivery again. Customer service was 100 ⭐️!

Me and my husband have given this place a few chances over the past year or two to no avail. The food is always a little too bland, to no fault of the employees. The service is always good, we’ve ended up with Iridian as our server a few times and she always makes sure we are more than taken care of. However, I have noticed what seems to be the manager getting choppy with the servers and hosts sometimes and it throws me and my husband off because we used to not see this! We will not be returning to an establishment that serves bland food and mistreats employees. Do better Ramble Room!

The Ramble Room is a solid choice if you’re in the SMU area and looking for a place with good food, comfortable seating, and an energetic vibe. The service is friendly and attentive. Overall, it’s one of those places that isn’t my first choice of a place for dinner but I’m satisfied when I do go.

Definitely recommend for a girls brunch or for family! Nice atmosphere if you want to dress up a little too. They have a small indoor balcony perfect for you and a girlfriend to share secrets or a romantic date with your boo.
The drinks were tasty, the appetizers were a perfect starter, and the main dishes didn't disappoint.

I don't really have any complaints that make sense in this context. Service is great. Atmosphere was pleasant. My burger was quite good.
I said that first part because I don't love paying $18 for a burger. I mean. When you walk into this place and look around, see what people are wearing, and know it's within sight of SMU, in a brand new complex, $18 makes sense and COMPLAINING about an expensive burger in a place like this makes NO sense.
So. Again. No complaints that make sense.

Just came to Dallas for the weekend to visit my sister and we came to Ramble Room for drinks and apps before dinner and had the most wonderful experience. Every single staff member that I saw was so friendly and welcoming. The drinks were fantastic- we got a nitro espresso martini and the Mexico City patio. Both were so refreshing and perfectly mixed, not too sweet. We ordered the warm ricotta dip for an appetizer and it was delightful. Perfect experience, lovely atmosphere and genuine service.
