Restaurant Beatrice in Bishop Arts is always a win. The food is fresh, flavorful, and leaves a lasting impression. I go often—sometimes twice a week—and everyone I bring loves it too.
The service is just as incredible. Queen is amazing—she knows the menu inside and out and always recommends exactly what I’ll love.
If you haven’t been, you’re missing out. Whether it’s a casual night out or a special occasion, this spot deserves a place in your rotation!

Restaurant Beatrice in Dallas offers a dining experience rooted in New Orleans culinary tradition, celebrated for its delicious food and generous portions. The service is friendly and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The menu features flavorful options such as the Beatrice buttermilk salad dressed in creole ranch and topped with fried okra, charbroiled oysters as a highly recommended starter, and the best gumbo in Dallas. The fresh catch, blackened and served over mashed potatoes and vegetables, is full of flavor. Fried chicken and shrimp and grits also receive high praise. The restaurant serves delicious cocktails and authentic NOLA cuisine, with homemade breads adding to the appeal. For dessert, praline bread pudding with praline ice cream is a must-try, made fresh and worth the wait. The cozy setting has tasteful decor, making it suitable for casual nights and special occasions. The homemade pecan syrup and strawberry lemonade, made from scratch, are standout features. The restaurant takes care of its environmental impact while delivering responsibly sourced food. Overall, its good programming and culinary philosophy make it a place worth visiting.
