and gone several. times to the place and the two cashier ladies. They are not friendly at all. That happened to me the other day. I know they are not forced to speak Spanish even though I know they know it. My English is not very good or I have an accent. or what do I know but. when placing my order. They wanted to make fun. of me among them. because she saw how she saw the other with a very bad mocking face. service they provide even though the food is good. I have seen several comments about the service and no responses

I have always bought at this restaurant, they always treated me very well, but today when I went, the cashier was very despotic, she has no way of treating customers. I feel sorry for the owner of the restaurant, she is very kind and the food is very delicious, but with that cashier is losing customers

Need friendly employees if you don’t want to lose customers. The cashier was rude( Rudely said what do you want ) instead off saying what would like. she acted like she was the owner of the restaurant .. l will call and complain to the manager or if you read my posts l would appreciate reaching out to me..after reading all their reviews I’m glad l walked away went next door to pizza patron . l told their cashier how rude that lady was at rice bowl express.. never going back they lost a customer ..

Ugly customer service its stupid for them not to let you buy additional hot sauce, its what give the rice flavor since their rice is plain. the hot sauce packet they give is not even full and its more oil then anything. This place has gone to the garbage they really don't appreciate the business.

I'm mainly leaving this because of the service. I called to place an order for pickup. The girl that took my order was very rude, short and rushed. After every sentence I was interrupted with "is there anything else". Also she abruptly hung up barely confirming the order. Solution: First tone is everything. Make sure you at least sound like you want to help. Let people finish speaking and you will know if "there is anything else". Then follow up with with something like will or does that complete your order.
