I ordered the dubai strawberries and the strawberries were soggy yet alone EXPENSIVE they put so little and the chocolate is not the original dubai they use the regular chocolate , dont waste your money here go to Coco Bongo Dallas They Sell The REAL DUBAI CHOCOLATE!

For starters, I had to be the one to grab their attention for service. Then it wasn't too clear on the fruits they had for the fruit cups. Asked for mixed fruit w papaya and I was given coconut. Fruit I got was pretty good but definitely need some work on customer service.

Ice cream was good. The funnel cake was crunchy. Not as good as other places. You can only get syrup or straight strawberries.

We came here on A Sunday there were super busy, so busy they skipped our order! People who came after us left before us! Probably the last Sunday I come here. Not even a sorry!

A Good Place for Food and Ice Cream Fresh Very Friendly

They never get my order right. Ordered a torta with fajita and chicken, only came with chicken even though I paid for fajita too. Was told it also comes with fries. No fries included. Also on DoorDash they have an option for “No fries” and even when it’s not selected, I’ve never received fries from the several times ive ordered.

Absolutely love this place!! Their mangonadas are amazing!! I love bringing the kids and enjoying the music and atmosphere.

They DO have great tasting food and filling steak fries. They also have a lot of ice cream flavors to choose from BUT, the wait is super long after 7:30PM. They also mistake some orders at times... The staff is friendly but it does get a little crowded, so be sure to go on a weekday, and earlier in the day to avoid wait times. Avg prices range from $5 for a simple cup of corn up to $15 for birria tacos or dubai crepes. 😊

I love this place so much. All of you flavors in one place. I lived in Cali for so long I just love it all. The elote is good. The funnel cake, tacos, nachos, ice cream. This pls e has everything. Please know how to speak a little Spanish when you go, it’ll make things a lot easier. The do have seating so if you wish to dine in it’s totally fine.

Our experience was disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of the woman taking orders. Despite waiting for 30 minutes, we were skipped by multiple people ahead of us. When we finally spoke up, she raised her voice and falsely accused us of not waiting in line. It was frustrating to be treated this way, especially after being patient for so long. Overall, the lack of organization and poor customer service left a bad impression
