This is a great neighborhood bistro. Chef owned. Rustic French- nothing fancy just super solid tasty food. On our visit we shared the escargot and the Kale salad which were both flavorful. Entrees: my son had the duck which he really enjoyed and I had the chicken paillard which was hot, fresh and juicy. Breaded and pan fried, it had a sauce which may have been lemon butter and was covered with fresh arugula. However, the star was the take home burger which I brought to my wife...
Where to start?The atmosphere - small, quaint, romantic space inside included candlelight and fine China/cutlery. Bar seating, too. On the patio, the atmosphere is a bit more open and boisterous, but still comfortable.The staff... everyone from the hostess to the chef went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.How? My husband had asked to be seated inside, but it was really cold at our corner table, with the a/c blowing right on us, so we were offered a table on the patio;...
Really really cool spot! Food was amazing and coffee was good. Only tiny issue was staff was a bit tired and we had to do most of the menu navigation on our own. Beautiful atmosphere tho and good looking drinks. Will be back!
