The African American young lady with braids that look like they’ve been up for a while & wears glasses does not need to be taking orders whatsoever rude no customer service skills …... she needs to find her another task taking out garbage or cleaning windows ….attitude sucked.

I am a catfish connoisseur but I will tell you that Ronnie’s catfish is good flaky thick and it’s not over season and it’s definitely not greasy. I will go here again and I would definitely refer people there.

So freaking good!!! I was looking for a place to grab some quick lunch and nothing in the area looked good then I saw this catfish place. The ladies working were super nice and helpful. I'm picky about my fried catfish and I'm telling you this was amazing!! Will be back!

Good good but Audelia location smells so bad! Turned my stomach! A food place should not smell like that. It don’t even smell like food in there it’s funky!!! They need some plug ins or something. It’s smells horrible in there!

Unfortunately, my experience here was very disappointing. The woman at the front with braids and glasses was beyond rude to me and my teenage daughter. Her attitude was unnecessarily nasty from the moment we interacted with her. I tried to let it slide at first, but eventually I respectfully addressed the issue, and she walked away while I was speaking.

I also asked to speak with a manager but was unsuccessful in being able to speak with one. To make matters worse, I asked for two pickles and was given a handful of sliced pickles wrapped in a napkin instead of the Kool-Aid pickles I was referring to. I honestly wish I would’ve taken a picture because it was ridiculous.

Customer service and professionalism really matter, and this experience left a bad impression.

Best catfish I come every week for their fish. Fries are Bland, but the tarter sauce makes up for it. They are always welcoming when I come.

This fish is STILL SO GOOD!!! Fun fact, if you don't eat pork, but miss cracklins, these extra crispy fish fins satisfy the taste!! The seasoning was delightful, the fries cooked to perfection. It was better than I remembered!!! About to order again!

The Daiquiris are nothing but a $13 Slushie. I promise there was hardly any alcohol if any at all. It's not worth your money, I'm horribly dissatisfied.

I bought a two piece catfish and they gave me 1 fish with a bone in. It was good but I wanted bone out and 2 pieces.

The meal was prepared fresh and seasoned well. While I prefer my food to be cooked a bit longer, that's just a personal preference. The only issue I had was that despite requesting our toast to be well-done and dark brown, it was barely toasted. It's frustrating when simple requests are not honored.

Anytime I come to Ronnie’s, my fish is hot and fresh, the music is good, and the service is always great. She’s always friendly and help when I want to try something new.
