This is a great food experience in Dallas in a really cool section of town (Lower Greenville). The cocktails were phenomenal, I got the private barrel paper plane and the private barrel old fashioned, both excellent. The oysters came pre-dressed with a mignonette and flower concoction which was delicious however the oysters were not as cold as we would have liked (maybe an ice plating method rather than salt). The Caviar Cannolis were fun, Icelandic Hot Dog was amazing, Gnudis...
Fantastic food! A great culinary experience! Ask what the most popular dishes are and you can’t go wrong. Especially with my favorite “don’t be shellfish”. An infusion of flavors that was the pinnacle of the meal! Cocktails are exquisite and my new favorite is the “fernet-ture”.

We had Trinity as our waitress and not only was she a phenomenal foodie with her recommendations, but an absolute sweetheart! 10/10 recommend!
