This place has a had a drop off in the energy and vibe over the recent years. Honestly may be my last time here, just seems like I can make a better hookah at home. We paid for the hookah that was named after Luka and it was pretty horrible.
The restaurant was full at 7.30 pm on a Sunday evening. Make sure you reserve a table through OpenTable. The food, drinks and hookah were all good. Our server Cali took very good care of us. They are slightly expensive but definitely worth a visit. I wish they comped the valet parking or subsidized it. We had to pay $25+tax for the valet parking. Otherwise we would have to park somewhere on the street which i think would not be safe to park.
Food portions were small but overall taste of food was very good. Hookah was okay not very strong. The itemized bill is a but confusing as they charge the drinks by alcohol type and not name of drink. If you prefer to split the bill with friends be sure to have 1 form of payment if the party is over a certain amount. Great for small groups or date night.
Great ambience and food. The place keeps the vibe going . We had a great time celebrating birthday here. Wish the service levels matched the place and they paid better attentive to table service. had to go and call the waitress multiple times to take our order or ask for some help. Otherwise the food was great and drinks were splendid.
The moment we approached the door; we felt the vibe. Once inside it did not disappoint. We did arrive on time for our reservation but the party at our table didn't leave at their 2-hour mark, so we had to wait. BUT the hostesses were extremely apologetic. They were all smiles, no attitude, and very helpful. The music was very on point. The service was great. We did not wait long for our food. The presentation was nice, and the food was quite delicious. We did approach our 2-hour RSVP limit, but our hostess allowed us to stay a few minutes extra so that we could enjoy the Belly Dancer, and she was AMAZING! We will be back! 10/10
My experience at Saaya was exceptional! The drinks , food , and atmosphere was nothing short of amazing . Thank you to Solange for making our experience great ! Will be back soon .
Food and service was good. It would have been nice if the music volume was a bit lower. We enjoyed the outdoor setting.
The food at Saaya was surprisingly really good. Since this was a hookah place I did not expect the food to be great but the food was very good and this was our first time trying it with a friend so I am so glad it didn't disappoint us at all. Also we went during early hours so the timing was perfect.
Wow... perfect date night ! The service was outstanding. Our server Amy was so attentive and made our night special ! The atmosphere was lively and the decor was beautiful inside and outside . Food was tasty - serving size was a bit small though.
7:45pm on a Friday, no line and restaurant was half empty. They refused our service because we didn't have a reservation. This is not stated anywhere on the website or social media. I only had a party of 2.

Saaya is a great restaurant to go to when you want to experience an amazing atmosphere, a certain elegance, great food, and a curated dj set that’ll make you feel like you’re in Ibizia! I love the system they have with the staffing between the bartender, hookah, & waitresses! Which makes sense to why the restaurant seems to run very organized!
I had a waitress named Gabrielle whose service came in abundance! She was very knowledgeable of the menu which helped my table make decisive decisions on what we wanted. She was very proactive in her service throughout the night, we never felt neglected or had to ask for her. She definitely helped make a great first impression of the resturant with the energy she brought to our table! Love ya Saaya!
