Fui a Sam’s 635 & Midway rd en Dallas tx y mientras compraba afuera en los estacionamientos rompieron el vidrio de mi camioneta para robar lo que tenía dentro. Cuando me quejé con las personas de servicio no me prestaron atención lo único que dijeron fue que ellos no respondían por lo que pasaba en los estacionamientos cuando tengo entendido que hasta tienen sicuirity que pasa en los estacionamientos de Sam’s y Walmart y que un día antes le había pasado a una señora también… me parece de mal gusto lo sucedido porque somos clientes de Sam’s y no hacen nada por la seguridad de nuestros vehículos y los daños salen de nuestro bolsillo , tengo aseguranza pero tengo que pagar 500$ por el daño. Pésimo para un tienda que produce millones en ganancia al año.

I used to love Sam’s until my most recent experience 2/26/2022. My boyfriend and I where shopping and the officer/ security told us to leave. The store was full and we where the only ones that she said something to. Seems to me like they only told us because we where people of color. Seems racist to me!

???Do not sign up for AT&T service here at this Sams Club. They promise you free installation and a $250 gift card and you get neither. When you try to reach a manager in person regarding this, they tell you what you wanna hear to get you out of their face. Don’t even try to call and leave a message for management because they won’t call back. They’re pretty much okay with the fact that they have reps in the store that lie to their members to get you to sign up for their service.
