We ordered 2 Burger Combos - $39.66 2 TINY BURGERS - 3 1/2 Inches in Diameter!!! One burger came out with Meat & Bread only! They did not give us one of our drinks. Nice people — Just Incompetent

This is actually the worst shake shack I’ve ever had and I don’t say that lightly. Maybe because it’s an airport but the food was warm at best after it came out in under 3 minutes. I don’t think it’s worth the extra up charge of being in an airport.

I blame myself for stopping, ordering and paying. I really don't see how this location has any positive reviews. Dirty kiosks, old food served and people screaming over the open orders. A recipe for the nearest hospital. Not a good choice.

It was a long wait in line because their ordering terminals were not working. They finally reset the terminals before the line started moving. Employees are doing their best to help customers. We ordered a single and a double Shack burger. The burgers looked nice and fresh, although they are kind of small in size. All tasted very good.
