The Shake Shack experience - on the go. Look, it's at the airport, so you can't have high expectations. It's chaotic, it's busy and most of the time there is nowhere to sit. But the food still hits the spot, came promptly and still stayed warm on my hike from terminal C to A. I went for the two patty classic and it was great. Just what I needed for my stopover. A gem amongst the rough of other food outlets.

Cash register was not sending orders to cooks and set up orders. I took about ten minutes to realize body was fixing orders, just waiting around. Temporary fix, use the receipt to direct cooks etc about what to make. Other wise everything ok

This is our 1st time eating at Shake Shack. The food was delicious & the service was pretty good. My only complaint is that it's expensive. $100 for a family of 4 seems ridiculous but it is in the airport.

This review is specifically for Colton at the register. You either need to be moved to the back away from dealing with customers or quit. Your customer service was subpar at best 1. You were not familiar with the voucher system Your attitude sucks 3.you got my order incorrect and my name is not Joseline and instead of being apologetic you were dismissive. For those that made my order it was fresh and delicious thank you but Colton ruined it for me.

Girls don’t want to work!! Took 15 minutes to get order. Heard workers back talking manager.
The burger didn't have the classic smash burger char edges that Shake Shack is famous for. It was assembled sloppily and tasted mediocre compared to other Shake Shacks I have visited. Service was sub par. The counter people need lessons in courtesy. The employee tasked with keeping tables clean spent the entire time we were there talking instead of working. The iced tea was cloudy and rancid tasting. The fries were the best part of the meal, but they weren't all that special. This is a Shake Shack I will skip when future travels take me through the Dallas airport. This restaurant is located in the C terminal.
