Smelly Atmosphere, Bad Food, and Poor Hygiene!!

This place used to be one of my favorite quick to-go spots, but not anymore. They have completely ruined the experience, and I will never come back again. Honestly, this place should be shut down until they fix these serious hygiene and food quality issues.

I am writing this review after informing the owners about these problems three different times, yet nothing has changed.

First of all, the smell inside is absolutely horrible. The odor coming from the poorly maintained restroom spreads throughout the place and is strong enough to make you sick. I complained about it multiple times, but they clearly do not care.

The food has been just as disappointing. The first time, I ordered Quanta Firfir to go, but they gave me Ye Tsom Firfir instead. I informed her about the mistake, and she promised it would not happen again.

The second time, I ordered Beyayinet (veggie combo), and it was terrible. It was basically just shiro with a few tomatoes thrown on top. Once again, I complained, and once again I was told, “Next time we will do better.”

Today, before ordering, I reminded her about all my previous bad experiences and specifically asked her to make sure the food was prepared properly this time. She acknowledged everything and promised she would make the order clean and good to make up for the past mistakes.

Instead, the food was horribly prepared again. As shown in the picture, they used tomatoes that should have been thrown away, simply cutting off the visibly rotten parts and putting the rest into the food. It tasted awful and showed a complete lack of hygiene and care for customers.

Very disappointing experience overall.Avoid it at all cost.
