OMG TAE❤️ literally showed me some of the best customer service, literally put my whole bib on for me . Went the extra mile for me while I was there . Only seafood place I go to now when I want a boil. And I’m late writing this review and this is my 3rd time coming back since my first time and all of the staff are super friendly 💕
Crystal was IMPECCABLE, vibrant and immersive. Truly cared for her work and performance, but most importantly her impact on her customers and their experience. 10/10 and her efforts should be the benchmark for how the right service is done RIGHT! THANK YOU CRYSTAL!
This afternoon was our first time at Shell Shack. Katie was our server. She was very kind and informative. Walked us through the specials and menu. Food was delicious, service was excellent, music was great! Overall great experience and we will be back.
