Very disappointed in todays experience. I have gotten bagels here 3 times now and those 3 times it was great and they put enough cream cheese. This time, I got the saddest bagel with half not having any cream cheese at all. Very disappointed in todays experience. Cannot get though the phone to request a refund.

The bagels here are absolutely delicious they are the best ever and the workers there are really nice I love everything about shug’s!
Today I came into Shug's and ordered two spicy shug on bagels for breakfast. When I got my bagels, there were barely any eggs on them. It's like they only used one egg per bagel and spread it out super thin because I cannot even taste the egg. Just look at the picture. I'm so disappointed in my sandwich. Eggs only cost like 50 cents per egg and the sandwich is over $10 so I don't understand why they couldn't put more eggs.

Sandwich was good, but the disrespectful behavior I discovered in the reviews while waiting a very long time in line may have prevented me from buying into all the hype, especially knowing that if they got my order wrong I would not be able to say something about it without possibly being ridiculed, not to mention I felt pressured to tip, where I would not have tipped for a sandwich that I waited inline over 30 minutes for, but did for fear this is the precursor to the wrong orders.

placed an online order for the first time, but this is our second time coming to this location. first time we came in person & service/food was amazing hence why we came back. This morning we ordered our food ahead of time to pick up on our way to church, we did not open the bag till we arrived at church almost 40 mins later. very disappointed to see that we were given the wrong order. our bagel was customized to our liking and as you can see in the photos our bagel does not align with our online order. we payed $20 just for our order to be completely wrong. this is worth a one star review.
