I ordered some tamales for delivery on Christmas Eve and then my husband was laid off from work the very next day. I contacted Sierra Valley Foods to see if we could cancel our order, or, if not, if it could be redirected to a different address since the lay off affected our travel plans. Not only did they refund us, but they went ahead and sent the tamales to us anyway.
