Really enjoyed the service and the food. The flavor pallet was different from other fondue places. Enjoyed the sauces. Hubby didn't use any because the food was delicious. We used the Scandinavian grill. The house salad was great. The banana fosters was DELICIOUS. It was a nice change and hope to returnVegetarian options: They have options but it's not on the menu. Also have many Gluten free itemsParking: Parking was a bit of a struggle.. we didn't see any handicapped parkingWheelchair accessibility: There were sidewalks but the doors were not handicapped equipped. Unsure about the restrooms. Walkways were wide enough to get through. I would request a table for the handicapped.

We had the opportunity to enjoy a night at Simply Fondue while in Dallas for the Eclipse. It was such a great experience! Eric was our server, and he did a fantastic job. He was very personable, had good recommendations for the menu options, and facilitated a really phenomenal dinner for us. Suggested to us the Scandinavian grill for our proteins which definitely was the right option. Absolutely recommend a reservation and plan at least two hours. Thank you!

This place was one of my favorite restaurants EVER. Eric was a wonderful server and Stephanie was also awesome! She made us some experimental mock tails that were tasty and answered all of our questions. Highly recommended!

Food was decent, but quite expensive and not as high quality as shabu shabu / hotpot places. Our server was a manager or possibly owner, she was openly badmouthing her employees to our table. The atmosphere was comfortable and festive, but additional ventilation is needed.

The service was great, decent ambience and accommodating to your dietary restrictions. But remember you are cooking your own food at the table, got in at 8:05 and left at 10:45.At the end of the meal, you are leaving with an experience, much lighter wallet and cooking/oil smell oozing out of your clothes, hair and pores of your body.Parking: There is a parking lot behind the restaurant.

10/10 would eat and drink here again- so clean and the meat supplier means the meat is so good. The bartender will even put sparkle in your drinks if she has it!

What a fun place to go and enjoy an experience. We have gone for birthdays, anniversaries, and date nights, as well as just dinner with the kiddos. If you plan on doing all the courses, your expectations should be for dinner to last at least 1.5 hours. The time will depend on how fast you eat. With each course the fondue has to be prepared and then you can start to dip your food etc. There are tons of various types of food at each course as well as ways to cook the main course. Some of our favorite meats there are the bacon wrapped tenderloin, cinnamon pork loin, 6 pepper tenderloin, and salmon. For the cheese fondue to start, if you dont want the alcohol for the base, you can request a broth. Sometimes, the beer causes a bit of a bold flavor that some aren't ready for.Parking: Street parking is a bit hard, but there is a large free parking lot behind the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: There are plenty of options for the kiddos at every course. The also run specials, kids pricing being cheaper, some days kids eat free etc.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp in the restaurant to get to plenty of seats as well as the restrooms.

There was almost a 2 hour span between the salad/cheese course and the "protein" main course. We had to ask for ice tea refills 3 times before we ever provided the refills. The smoke from cooking the meats was horrible and made our eyes burn. The food was good, but not worth the delays and prices. Oh and the parking was a nightmare.

I normally rate my restaurants on a zero to one hundred scale. This is the first restaurant to score a 100/100. The steak, amazing. The chicken (Jamaican) is a game changer.

Ambience was great, not too many people were there, and the 4 course dinner was fun to experience. We got the whiskey cheddar cheese appetizer, our own salads, we each got to pick three proteins, and finally, a chocolate fondue dessert (we chose the sea salt caramel chocolate). My husband liked the Montreal pork loin best and I enjoyed the sweet soy salmon best for the proteins, although they all were really good. Our server was really sweet and attentive. My only recommendations on things I would change: 1) music was really loud and we could barely hear each other talk at times- turn it down a couple of notches. 2) my Gorgonzola apple salad was great but it was drenched in dressing- lighten it up a little.

We went to Simply Fondue for my son's birthday, there were four adults and two kids. I am vegan and was planning on just ordering a salad, but my husband told the server that I was vegan and she said they have a vegan plate. I said I would have that. When they brought out my veggies and cheese ravioli (not vegan) I was expected to cook my food with the chicken and meat or I guess I could have asked the five other people at our table to use their own. When I agreed to the vegan dish, I just assumed, that they would just bring me a dish of some cooked veggies. And one of the two stoves wasn't heating up, so everyone at the table had to use the one burner. We then had our dessert, the main reason my son wanted to have fondue and NEITHER of the stoves worked. It literally was like pouring chocolate syrup in a bowl and dipping our fruit into room temp chocolate. We mentioned several times that the chocolate wasn't hot and our waitress told us that she usually refuses to wait on that table because it never works. We spend over $400 and had the worst experience ever for my son's birthday. I will say the waitstaff were very friendly and there was a man, maybe the manager, who kept coming by to make sure the stoves were working, they weren't.

I purchased a Groupon and decided to visit for the first time with my friend. We advised the server before we ordered that I gad a Groupon. The check came out to around $70 and they wouldn’t take the Groupon saying we didn’t order from every section on the menu.
