Stopped by the gas station for a fill up and got to talking to James about my old Ford F250 truck and his award winning barbecue. The smell wafting from Smokey Rays was amazing so I got a couple of ribs and a little brisket to try it out. The ribs were tender and juicy and had a nice smoked taste. The brisket was great too, not too fat and not too lean, but just right. It was some good eatin'. I'll be coming back soon!

Today I was hungry for some barbecue ribs so I google map where's the nearest barbecue. Smokey Ray off Midway Rd and Rosemeade at Texaco gas station is where I bought a rib sandwich, a loaded baked potato with chopped beef and let me tell you the ribs was seasoned good, the baked potato was good, everything was hot and ready. I appreciate the wonderful service Ray and James gave as they offer me a side of banana pudding to go with my meal. Thanks you Smokey Ray I will be...

I am a doordasher that wandered in after a delivery. Was starving and they hooked me up with 2 amazing tasting boneless chicken and 2 pieces of bread and a little mayonnaise and I was tearing up the chicken…so tender not dry at all.
