I mostly like this place but this happened multiple times that even after I asked to put less dressing they put some much of it that becomes inedible, specially in Buffalo chicken salad.

I had the Hot honey chicken which is my favorite I always get it every time I go to the one in Greenville. This location had cold chicken and the rice was hard. Very disappointing!
Terrible, I refuse to even try this salad, the avocado was unsightly and the tomato looked old. I’m afraid to eat this and I want my Money back! Never again.

I really wish they were open longer than only 4 hours a day. Come to think of it, I don’t know any place in Dallas other than snappy salads that is only open 4 hours a day and closed weekends.

I've ate here several times since it's convenient and close to my work. The food I've had has always been good. My favorite is the gogo steak wrap and the baja shrimp wrap. I also like their sweet potato chips. Sometimes I just go to get those. I usually do pickup and service has been good.

Very disappointed in the trust that Snappy puts in for Door Dash drivers. Ordered today and food never came! Called support and they offered no resolution, told me I would have to re order and pay again. Very upsetting.
