Won’t never come here bad service when guess enters and whoever at the door supposed to greet every guest but no the girls at door an restaurant pick and choose who they greet so ruin my appetite won’t be back

I visited Snooze at the Walnut Hill location for breakfast this past Sunday and was disappointed by the service. When I entered, I was not greeted, though a family who arrived directly after me was. The host passed me several times before finally asking how many were in my party. I replied, "one," and she grabbed a menu and led me to a corner seat. I politely asked if I could sit at one of the seats we had passed, to which she responded that it was fine, but her demeanor made it clear she wasn’t pleased.

After sitting down, I waited ten minutes without being offered water or any service at all. Meanwhile, the family seated next to me had already been given water. Feeling ignored, I decided to leave and drove across town to another Snooze location, where I was immediately greeted, and Steven promptly took my order and offered beverages.

I left feeling overlooked simply because I was dining alone. As someone in the service industry myself, I don’t ask for anything more than what I offer my clients, and I’m certain your staff would expect the same level of service if they were in my shoes. I had to go out of my way to get the pancakes I was craving, and it was an inconvenience I didn’t expect. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving the experience for future guests.

It feels packed in here and the service is sub par. You feel rushed and when you ask for items you’ll have to keep asking or else they forget. Our server was rude but the food was good. The one in Oak Lawn is way better and worth the wait.

Food is very tasty and the service is great! Anthony was our server. He was super friendly and attentive. Anthony made our lattes at the bar as well which were excellent. Highly recommend the pumpkin latte. We will definitely be back again.
