I've gone probably like 4 times this year because the times I go the drinks give me stomach problems. The meat even smelled weird one time. Only thing that hasn't upset our stomachs are the French toast and tater tots. Place has really gone down. Plus employees are not friendly and cheerful at all. Not to mention the screens are almost always down.

I've come to this sonic twice now. This visit was no better than the first. Ordered the #3 Bacon Cheeseburger in the drive-thru. Took approximately 12ish minutes from ordering to get the food. Young lady came out to my car, told me the total and I gave her my card. She asked if I wanted ketchup, I said yes, 4 please. I get my card back when she gets done with it. Wait for approximately 4 minutes for the car in front of me to get their order. I guess they forgot a straw, because the car sat there for a while and waited until they cane back to the window with the straw. Finally got my food and drove about a mile down the road where I began to eat my food. The bacon tasted like some cheap cheap cheap bacon. Meat was definitely not seasoned and luke warm.The bread was cold and not toasted or warmed at all. Tatertots had little to no salt at all.....and to top it off.....I didn't even get ketchup that I was specifically asked if I wanted. I don't know what's going on at this location, but something needs to change. I want to say the first time I came approximately 2 weeks ago, I waited in a stall for 20 minutes or so, for a burger, tots and drink. Atmosphere is only a 3 because I got to wait in my car.

I had to make a compliment on tonights order! Iam a regular customer since I live in the area. But today I was surprised due to the overall service and the quality of the food. This establishment must be under new management. I really enjoyed my burger since the moment xotchil delivered it to me. The cheeseburger was cooked fresh and to perfection as well as my lemonade tasted fresh and refreshing. This is a 10/10 service definitely will be back more often. Great job satisfied customer !

I used the app. Not able to check in at stall. Had to use drive thru for pick up. Picked up a melting shake for customer #2 . For myself, I picked up the Southwest crunch wrap which was not hot, the corn chips were soft and the limeade had no cherry in the cup. (Two Sonics back to back with the missing cherry action). So it appears, that I tipped a dollar (in the app) for this drive thru mess...? No thank you on revisiting this location.?

Ordered through the app, arrived and got my meal and it was a completely different burger covered in jalapeños my original burger didn’t have jalapeños at all on it, and it was supposed to be toast not a bun., didn’t give me my sauce, and the drink had almost no ice in it at all. Called and they sad sorry we can give you a $5 sonic gift card for next time, no refund or we will make the correct burger.

Their drink machines are dirty and thats a fact. U can taste it in the drinks. Like rust or something gross. Dont buy srinks or slushes feom here

I went inside to order. This Sonic looks abandoned and people were there eating. I was looking at the menu figuring out what I was going to eat and the lady walked up to take my order didn’t greet me just said what’s the name. I gave her my name and order. She handed me the receipt, I pulled my card out to pay she said wait for the green light and walked away. She gave me my drink and then about 8 mins later she gave me my food. She didn’t thank me for coming or said have a nice day or anything, just handed me my food. The fries and drink were good but my popcorn chicken was more like left over little pieces of chicken. They were small hard and dry.
