They just lost a good customer bc they don't know how to make the food properly. Then when asked to make it right they try to charge more. They lack in good customer service skills.

The food is good. I only have one suggestion. There weren't many people in the restaurant, and it took them more than 10 minutes to get me a cheeseburger and some chicken tenders. That was it. They should be faster about that.

Well it took them a little while to complete the order of the car ahead of mine so due to that my food wasn't as hot and fresh as it could've been and I had to microwave it when I got back to work just to get some heat into it again.

This sonic sucks at least going at 4pm there was one car in the drive through and it took 5mins to speak to anyone through speaker and another 8mins for a bag of ice and that’s all I ordered.

Terrible service. We waited 25 mins in the lobby of the store for a 3 slushee order before finally asking for a refund. The manager acted like she couldn’t understand why we would just want our money back but never offered to make our drinks.

One of the best Sonics in the area. I've gone multiple times and they've never messed up my order or forgotten anything. Nice staff, too.

This place may be ran by youngsters, but they on point and as a regular since I live down the street, they only messed up my order once or twice that I can remember in past couple years. So I got to give props to this place in all category's!!

It was busy, but things moved fast. One of the workers even came out to the drive through and showed me how to work the app. Not used to seeing service like that at a fast food restaurant.

Holy crap. Seriously, the worst experience. Had to order everything 3x and once again at the windows after we waited in the stalls for an answer for 15 min (pushed the next button stall just in case to see if there was an issue. Ended up at the drive thru which was just as bad. All this after the workers walked out, saw me, and did not respond to any questions i was asking. Whoever was working on 3-16 has a lot of room for improvement. That was the most Christian way of describing my experience.

Update. After all that, the order was completely wrong. 👌

Sonic has gone to the dogs. Can't understand why these people come in and take over a business and ruin it. Sonic sucks and most Americans don't know or remember when Sonic was real.
